Chocolate Chip Cookies



Chocolate Chip Cookies

2 1/4 C flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 C Earth Balance vegan margarine
3/4 C white sugar
3/4 C brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp cornstarch
4-5 tbsp water
1 1/2 C Tropical Source choclate chips
1 C chopped walnuts
One large handful of rolled oats (not instant)

Cream margarine, white sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla. Next, add in cornstarch and water until smooth. Then mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in chocolate chips, walnuts, and oats then spoon onto cookie sheets. Bake at 375 F for 9-12 minutes then cool on cookie sheets. Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
